Raw material storage: Four 10t static modules are installed at the bottom of acid and alkali solution storage tanks. The angle difference is adjusted via a junction box to accurately measure the remaining raw material level in the tank, preventing production line shutdowns due to insufficient raw materials and mitigating safety risks caused by over-storage.
Food industry ingredient silo weighing: Flour, edible oil, and other raw material silos utilize a combination of three 5t modules. The raw material weight is statically calibrated, allowing for precise dispensing according to the formula using the batching system, ensuring consistent food taste and quality.
Cement storage metering: Small and medium-sized cement silos are equipped with 2-3 2t modules. Static weighing data is used for inventory checks, preventing overstocking due to blind purchasing and providing a basis for raw material level estimates in production planning.

Q: Why is the weighing data consistently too high?
A: It's most likely due to load-bearing interference caused by a rigid connection in the tank's material conveying pipeline, or the module mounting surface not being level. The rigid pipe needs to be replaced with a flexible pipe, and the module mounting surface needs to be recalibrated for levelness.
Q: How to handle large data fluctuations when using outdoors?
A: This is mostly due to rain and dust eroding the junction box. It is necessary to install a rainproof protective box for the junction box, seal any excess wiring holes with sealing plugs, and regularly check the moisture protection of the wiring terminals.
Q: Is recalibration required after replacing the sensor?
A: No, it is not necessary to empty the tank. After replacing the sensor with the same model, the accuracy can be restored by adjusting the angle difference through the junction box and performing local calibration with standard weights.
