The newly installed new scale has been debugged or used for several times in a customer's place, and the data will jump or drift. Use the elimination method to disconnect the wiring of the sensors in the junction box in turn. If one of the sensors is disconnected, the display is stable. Once connected, the data will jump, or even cannot be matched with the printer. Later, the user was asked to return the sensor with this kind of fault to the company for analysis. As a result, the problem was found that the installer cut off the redundant wire of the sensor near the junction box. When stripping the black sheath of the conductor, peel the insulation layer of the red, black, green and white core wires to varying degrees. Carefully check the stripped root of the conductor, and the metal core wires can be seen visually. As the knife edge is at the root of the stripped sheath, there is still a shielding net around it. When in use, the wire head of the shielding net will short circuit with the exposed wire core at the knife wound or generate leakage current through other media (such as moisture, etc.), which will cause the data of the whole weighing instrument to jump unsteadily, drift, not return to zero or be affected by the action of the printer power supply. Several suggestions are put forward to solve this problem. First, the sensor is sensitivity compensated on the basis of welded wires. If the redundant length of wires is cut off during use, the sensitivity of the sensor will be too large. If the wire resistance is large, every 10 meters cut off means that the full output value increases by 20~40kg, which will cause a certain amount of quadrangle error. Therefore, the length of the wire at the factory should be retained; Second, the multi-purpose scissors for wire stripping on site are not equipped with professional wire stripping tools, which are easy to damage the insulation layer of the core wire. If they are not carefully checked, they will leave hidden trouble; Third, the bare end of the stripped wire is often not soldered, or even cut too short, so it is easy to break the core when clamped. When it is connected to the terminal hole of the junction box, the part with the insulation layer may also be inserted into the hole, and it will be clamped on the insulation layer, not the bare wire, which is similar to virtual soldering, and eventually the data will drift or jump due to poor contact. Therefore, the stripped bare head is twisted into a strand, fully tinned, and the length of 7-8mm is cut to ensure good wiring.
