It can not only complete the weighing and anti-counterfeit functions of material receipt and delivery, but also realize the comprehensive management of production, contract management, port management, freight settlement and financial statistics, purchase, sales and inventory, inventory, assets, equipment, and testing. There are two operation modes: manual weighing and automatic weighing. 1. Without manual intervention (unless the machine or software fails), automatic weighing, automatic printing of weight list, automatic capture of video recorder images (mainly the license plate number), video recording and other functions can be completed.
2. When clicking a record during data query, the weighing image can also be displayed on the interface.
3. The vehicle number, driver, goods name, supplier, consignee and other information corresponding to the card number can be transferred in automatically through the card number.
4. Large screen display can be set outside the weighing room to display the weighing weight so that the driver can see the weighing data.
5. You can set the weighing method (primary weighing or secondary weighing). If it is a weighing method, the system requires a preset tare weight. When entering the vehicle number, the tare corresponding to the vehicle number can be automatically called out; If it is the second weighing method, the weight list will be printed after the second weighing.
6. The intelligent weighing system has multi-level operation authority management to prevent the original data from being modified by mistake. Only the person with operation permission can change some important parameters. Only the super administrator can modify the weighing data.
7. Image capture and video monitoring can be realized: when the car stops on the scale, the intelligent weighing system will automatically save the weighing data and automatically capture images, which can be used as a basis for future search. The weighing process is monitored by the display.
8. It supports manual weighing. If unattended weighing fails, it can be weighed manually to avoid affecting the vehicle weighing.
9. The weighing data can be used for daily statistics, monthly statistics and specific time period statistics. The report and balance sheet can be modified for the second time, that is, the software supports the secondary development.
